Tradesman Terms

Your minimum wallet amount should be RS 200/- for taking the service. If your wallet is less than that then you cannot receive the service request.
You are to respond to the customer within two hours from the time of booking.
You are to call the customer as soon as you accept a request.
The estimated cost and the other costs of the service should be clear out with the customers before starting work.
If any appliance is damaged during service by you, then you are self responsible.
You need to keep a constant check on your personal safety.
You provide warranty of 10 days is applicable on all services delivered by you.
If you misbehave during the service then you are immediately suspended and in future you won't be working with us.
